An ancient tradition in the city of Ripon dating back to the granting of a charter in 1108, the St Wilfrid’s Procession is one of the countries oldest regular events and offers fun for all the family.

Starting at 13:40 at Studley Road ending at 16:30 at the Cathedral, there is entertainment and rides followed by a carnival like procession of brightly decorated lorries, traditional marching bands and dancers!  The event is 100% free to attend but donations are always welcome as it costs a lot to organise!
