Ripon BID in conjunction with Yorkshire Appetite introduce the Ripon Food Tour. You will discover the essence of this ancient town and one of the smallest cities in England. You will get to gaze upon the magnificent historical buildings and learn about its thriving market and history through the ages. This little gem also has a great community of independent bars and restaurants who serve a selection of delicious dishes to delight your tastebuds. With a knowledgeable local guide and the company of other foodies, you will not only be enjoying lunch at five places rather than just one but you will also be supporting our local independents.
We have scheduled tours which run regularly throughout the year, we have group tours which can be booked for groups of 5 or more on a date suitable to you. We also have bespoke private tours and events – for Corporate Groups, Hen Parties, School Groups or Travel Companies.
