Begin with a guided walk through the museum gardens, uncovering how herbs such as peppermint, sage and calendula have been used throughout history to treat everyday ailments. Bel will then demonstrate how to transform natural ingredients into a variety of herbal balms and infusions. You’ll also learn how to blend your works own herbal relaxation tea, creating a personalised mixture to take home and enjoy.

This is a paid activity for people over the age of 16.
