Join Bettys Cookery School at Grantley Hall for a festive cookery demonstration celebrating some of their most loved seasonal treats.

Watch Bettys’ expert tutors create handcrafted Swiss chocolate truffles with rum & raisin and rich chocolate ganache fillings, while demonstrating the art of tempering chocolate, moulding and finishing chocolates to perfection.

The festive inspiration continues with a mince pie masterclass, where they will showcase sweet pastry, traditional mincemeat and a selection of delicious toppings, including buttery streusel and almond-rich Ricciarelli. Discover seasonal baking techniques, festive flavours and plenty of inspiration to recreate these Christmas favourites at home.

A savoury and sweet afternoon tea will also be served throughout the afternoon.
