Upstairs Downstairs is an independent boutique in the Cathedral City of Ripon. Established over 30 years ago, it was taken over by the present owner, Carole Grainger in January 2009. The previous owner had built up a very successful business which Carole has continued to build on since. In 2010 she opened the upstairs to a designer denim lounge, making it truly ‘Upstairs and Downstairs’.
Carole has an excellent team of staff working for her clothes shop in Ripon, with many years of fashion knowledge to help and advise customers. She prides herself on customer service; a warm welcome and relaxed environment is always guaranteed.
