State of the Nation report

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) and Revo have once again partnered to gather the views of key stakeholders from across the public and private sectors with a vested interest and investment in the future planning, management, funding and regeneration of the UK’s cities, towns, high streets and shopping centres.

This ‘state of the nation’ report seeks to understand:

• the critical issues and challenges facing our centres;
• whether and how these challenges have changed over the last 5 years;
• the actual and perceived impacts of the new Labour Government’s initial reforms and initiatives; and
• what actions/interventions are needed to help support the future recovery, reinvention and renaissance of our centres and high streets.
